Comb outs can be an option depending on the condition of the dreadlocks.  This service is very time consuming and takes a lot of patience and technique.

Repair consists of fixing any weak spots throughout the body of the dreadlocks by strengthening at those points, reattaching any locs that have broken off, separating multiple locs that have formed together, and/or combining any that are too thin.
